What is the meaning of my life?

The question of the meaning and the aim of life has always inspired men and women to become seekers.

They sense there is something greater than themselves, beyond what is known, a Life to which they can become related.

This deep need led G.I. Gurdjieff to bring a new way based on inner work.

Its aim is the harmonious development of the whole of one’s being: body, mind and feelings.

Meditation, self-observation, the study of the ideas underlying the teaching, working with others, music and ‘movements’ (sacred dances) thus complement one another.

In this practice, closely linked to life, nothing is to be believed until one has verified it for oneself.

Conscious work alone can be useful to men and women on their way to awakening.
